Send an invitation link. They accept; you confirm it’s them. Both people choose the connection.
Join the conversation.
Tap their name. They choose Join when they’re ready. A request never starts their microphone.
Hold to talk.
Release to listen. One person speaks at a time. On Mac, you can hold Space. Saying “over” is up to you.
