Contact support
Open Wrist Relay in TestFlight and select Send Beta Feedback. Include the build numbers from both devices and the approximate event time.
Do not include access tokens, notification tokens, private invitation links, or recorded speech.
Install the Apple Watch app
- Open the Watch app on the paired iPhone.
- Select My Watch.
- Scroll to Available Apps.
- Select Install next to Wrist Relay.
- Open Wrist Relay on the Apple Watch.
The Watch asks for iPhone setup
Open Wrist Relay on the signed-in iPhone. Then keep both apps open briefly while the iPhone sends the account context to the Watch.
Open iPhone Settings in Wrist Relay and compare the iPhone and reported Watch build numbers.
Microphone or audio problems
- Open Wrist Relay on the Watch.
- Complete the microphone permission step.
- Join a session and wait for Ready.
- Hold the talk control until the opening tone ends.
- Speak while the control is green.
Use the Digital Crown on the conversation screen to change local speech and cue volume.
Send diagnostics
Open iPhone Settings in Wrist Relay. Select Get Watch Diagnostics, then select Share Watch Diagnostics.
The report contains technical events and does not contain speech audio or credentials.
Account and safety
Use iPhone Settings to sign out or delete the account. Account deletion removes associated server data.
Use the menu for a contact to remove, block, or report that person. Blocking also ends open sessions between both people.
If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services. Wrist Relay is not an emergency service.
