Respect consent
Contact only people who agreed to connect with you. Stop contacting a person who asks you to stop.
Do not evade a block, create repeated invitations, or pressure another person to accept an invitation.
No abuse
Do not use Wrist Relay for harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, hate, sexual exploitation, or encouragement of self-harm.
Do not share another person's private information without permission. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
No harmful or illegal use
Do not use the service to plan, promote, or perform illegal acts. Do not use it to exploit a child or vulnerable person.
Do not send spam, scams, malware, fraudulent requests, or instructions that create an immediate risk of harm.
Protect accounts and service access
Do not access another account without permission. Do not bypass limits, disrupt the relay, or test security against another user.
Report a suspected security fault through the Support page. Do not include another user's private data in the report.
Block and report
Use the contact menu in the iPhone app to block or report another user. A block removes the connection and stops new sessions.
A report can include a category, short description, and related session identifier. Reports do not include speech audio.
Enforcement
Wrist Relay can warn, restrict, suspend, or remove an account after a review. The response depends on severity, context, and repeated conduct.
Wrist Relay can act immediately when conduct creates a credible safety, security, or legal risk.
Emergencies
Wrist Relay is not an emergency service and does not monitor live conversations. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is necessary.
