Respect consent
Contact only people who agreed to connect with you, and stop when asked. Do not evade blocks, send repeated unwanted invitations or pressure someone to accept.
Do not harm others
No harassment, threats, stalking, hate, sexual exploitation or encouragement of self-harm. Do not expose someone’s private information, impersonate them, or exploit a child or vulnerable person.
Do not use Wrist Relay for illegal acts, scams, spam, malware or conduct that creates an immediate risk of harm.
Protect accounts and the service
Do not access another account without permission, bypass limits or disrupt the service. Report security faults to support@wristrelay.com without including another person’s private data.
Block and report
Use a friend’s menu or Settings → Invitations & Friends to block or report them. Blocking removes the connection and prevents new conversations.
Reports include a category and can include a short description and conversation identifier. They do not include speech audio. Choose child safety or possible underage access when appropriate. Do not send sexual images or unnecessary identifying information about a child.
Email support@wristrelay.com if you cannot access the app or want a restriction reviewed.
Enforcement and emergencies
We may warn, restrict, suspend or remove an account after review, considering severity, context and repeated conduct. We may act immediately when there is a credible safety, security or legal risk.
Wrist Relay does not monitor live conversations and is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
